Pinnacle success as Leaders grow

Posted on 23 July 2010 by LAN editorial team

Leaders has acquired the lettings and property management portfolio of Pinnacle Properties.

The  firm will operate from Pinnacle’s Godstone Road, Caterham sales office, with support from its Redhill and Croydon branches.

The deal follows Leaders’ moving in to Dorking, Surrey, with the acquisition of the lettings business and office of Bray Estates.

Leaders has  also bought  Indigo House in Ocean Village, Southampton and Chamberlain Limited in East Grinstead, West Sussex, with the portfolios of both having been absorbed in to Leaders’ existing branches in those areas.

The deals follows a management buy-out, which formed part of a £48 million restructure of Leaders earlier this year.

Leaders was established in Brighton 27 years ago. The firm now has 45 branches across the South of England.

Allison Thompson, Leaders’ Regional Director for Surrey, said: “We are delighted to be in Caterham and extend a warm welcome all our new landlords and tenants. We look forward to being of service to them for many years to come as we grow and develop our business in Caterham.”
