Online legal service offers up to £250 commission

Posted on 22 July 2010 by LAN editorial team

Letting agents who are also mortgage intermediaries can sign in to a new online portal offering legal and conveyancing services – and earn up to £250 commission per case.

Move Legal Services provide online quotes for brokers via the portal. A panel of case handlers gives clients instant instructions and transparent quotes outlining all the fees they need to pay.

Brokers can choose their own commission of up to £250, which is paid on completion.

The panel deals with 15,000 conveyancing cases a year, which is about 1 every 12 minutes of the working day.

Online case tracking lets brokers and clients track the case online.

Charlotte Holley, Move Legal Services’ head of business development, said: “We have launched Move Legal Services in response to growing demand for high quality, transparent conveyancing.

“We believe that our dedicated highly skilled panel of experts, with access to the latest technology, is perfectly placed to provide intermediaries with all their conveyancing needs.”

Move Legal Services has already been appointed as an approved supplier for Sesame, the UK’s largest financial advice network.

John Cupis, Managing Director, Premier Mortgage Services comments “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Move Legal Services as one of our chosen suppliers. Now is a fantastic time to launch this proposition, enabling both brokers and IFAs, generate an additional revenue stream in tough market conditions.”
